Cooking Class

Today we had a switch at tech. We had been split up into our year groups. We year eights made Courgette Cabonara.
Ingredients

• Tomato
• Onion
• Pepper
• Fettuccine
• Courgette

Slice and dice all ingredients. Get a pot and fill it with three cups of water, put on the stove and heat it at max capacity.
Then put in all your ingredients and wait till bubbles have covered the top area. When it has fully cooked then dish out and enjoy.

Tech ( Cooking Class )

Yesterday we went to Tech. I was in Cooking Class and we were cooking CornsSilverside with vegetables. This week I had a new buddy named Timu and got through cooking class perfectly fine.
INGREDIENTS                                                               

• CornSilverside               
• 2 Mushrooms                      
• 1 Carrot 
• 1 Potato
• 1/2 Onion
• 1/2 Cabbage
• 1/4 Cauliflower

Slice and dice all ingredients, heat stove at maximum capacity.

Fill a pot with 2 cups of water and and heat it. 

Put all your vegetables into your pot, wait until bubbles cover the top of the vegetables.
When it has fully processed dish it out and enjoy

Technicraft ( Cooking Class )

 Today was our first day at tech as it is 2019 and I was in Mrs Tuipulotu's, cooking class.

Today we were making pancakes.

INGREDIENTS 
              

1 1/2 Cups of Self Raising Flour

1/2 Cup of sugar

1 cup of Milk

1 Egg

• Combine and mix all ingredients to make your batter. 
• Heat stove to 180 Degree.
• Then put the  butter pancake mixture on the pan and wait.
• When you see bubbles reaching the surface of the pancake you then need to flip the pancake over to the other side.

Tech With Mrs Kolo

Today we did not have Mrs Tuipulotu because she was sick so we had Mrs Kolo. Today we didn' t do cooking so we had to do some work about cooking such as word searches and much more we even got to draw what we would like for breakfast and dinner. We then got to watch youtube, I hope Mrs Tuipukotu come next week.
